“A young man has moved from Georgia to San Francisco and finds he is terribly lonely. He rehearses the seduction of a young woman he has met. A friend attempts to teach him the newest means of making out. The girl arrives, and the seduction attempt is a disastrous failure, for Clifton can only make out with a girl he loves. The girl, who turns out to be a hooker, is drawn in his fantasies to her own near destruction.”
