Synopsis "Frank Kozlowski is a failed writer of high pretensions who wants only to be left alone to create. Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbor is a pest obsessed with celebrities, a would-be suicide is on his ledge, and a Los Angeles Police Department detective with a perpetual sneer ('People are vomit.') ultimately challenges everything that Frank thought he knew.
