Since his first play won the Scottish Community Drama Association Playwriting Competition in 1973, another 6 plays have won playwriting competitions. His 20+ plays have been staged over 600 times, mainly in the UK, but also in Holland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.”
