 §  Dramatis Personae Simon (m), a a theater critic, hushand of Penelope; Jason (m), a young man who is passionately an actor; Penelope (f), 44, formerly an actress.

 §  Synopsis “Simon and Penelope, critic and actress, husband and wife, have returned from an evening of theater. As Simon composes his review, a disgruntled wife and an even more disgruntled actor threaten to ruin his evening.  The wife wants to kill herself, and the actor wants to kill Simon.

 §  Comment “One scene, minimal properties. No special requirements.”

 §  Themes actors, Hedda Gabler (heroine in play Hedda Gabler, 1890, by Henrik Ibsen, Norwegian playwright, 1828-1906), murder, suicide, theater critics.
