§ Dramatis Personae Grace (f), 65, about to leave her husband of 30 years; Catherine (f), 29, Grace's daughter. Edgy, lacking self-confidence. A painter.
§ Synopsis “Catherine reluctantly is helping her mother Grace move from their family home. Grace is leaving her husband of thirty years to live on her own but will not discuss the reasons with her daughter. Catherine is guarding her own secrets: she is pregnant and planning to marry her baby’s father. But she still harbors strong feelings about the baby she gave up as a teenager, and she is wrestling with her fears about telling her fiance about this. Grace tries to convince Catherine that she must be open with the baby’s father as their marriage begins.
