§ Synopsis “It is the first day a perky young college student is volunteering at a nursing home. She meets her match when she tries cheering up a ninety year old resident who has lost the will to live. The theme of the play is in order to have the will to live one must feel a real connection to someone else.
§ Comment “1 scene. No changes. Special requirements: a wheelchair. This play was second runner up in Turnip Theatre's Festival of 15 Minute Plays in New York City in 1998. This play was included in Heartlande Theatre's Play by Play Festival in 1997. This play was produced by the Jewish Ensemble Theatre in West Bloomfield, Michigan in 2000. This play was produced by the American Playwright's Theatre in New York City in 2002.
