Synopsis "This play fluctuates between the real and the unreal, wherein a young freelance writer for regional magazines has gained an interview with a forgotten American poet who has lived in seclusion for seventy-eight years. However, the day before the writer arrives at his isolated mansion, he commits suicide. But he has left a letter and it is through this letter that the writer enters the supernatural world and is able to have her interview with him.

Comment "The writer in this play, a young and impressionable woman of thirty, is concerned with what the creative process is and where it comes from. The play focuses on this mystery but by no means solves it. A framed-set will do. Excellent acting showcase vehicle. Production History: Shoestring Radio Theatre. KUSF-FM, San Francisco, California. Recorded. Broadcast forthcoming."
