§ Dramatis Personae Rabbi Schwartzbaum (m), 35, good-looking, shy, in suit with yalmuka.; Becky Mizrahi (f), 20, petite, cute, somewhat conservative, wears a sweater and skirt.

§ Synopsis “Becky auditioned at her Temple for a local production of Fiddler on the Roof. Rabbi Schwartzbaum, new to this, only wants is a hit so that people will come into the theater/temple and pray. But the Rabbi has a trick up his sleeves. He wants to add nudity to the show! Becky is outraged—nudity in Fiddler on the Roof? But it's just dinner theater at a temple! Neither the rabbi nor Becky realize that they really like each other. As their love grows, it seems more and more that less and less of Becky's clothing will be coming off.

§ Comment “One set. A desk, two chairs. A cell phone. A very large book. A film history book. • ‘The Misguided Production’ premiered as part of the Saban International Play Festival at the Malibu Stage Company [, 29243 Pacific Coast Highway], in Malibu, California [90265], U.S.A.”

§ Themes Jewishness, Fiddler on the Roof, love, nudity, rabbi, religion, sex, temple.
