  §  Dramatis Personae Gerald Febermiltz (m), 25, a bohemian, strange little fellow with lots of secrets; Debbie Zlotnik (f), young. a secretary who is going places, nervous, well spoken, learned, book-smart, pretty.

  §  Synopsis “Debbie Zlotnik has no idea what she is getting herself into when she is coupled with Gerald, after joining the Insta-Mating Dating Service.  When she shows up to her date, it's only a matter of time before she finds out that Gerald has murdered the previous two women the dating service has sent over.

  §  Comment “1 simple set.  1 scene.  •  ‘Desperation’ has been performed all over the world including New York, California, Ohio, Australia, Pennsylvania.  It has been nominated Best Short Play, Double Image Theater Award, Samuel French, and the Quaigh Play Dramathon.”
